The convention is back after a hiatus of nearly two-and-a-half years, and a host of steampunk personalities will help lead the festivities, including some who are new to the convention. This is the fourth edition of the event.
The Atlanta Steampunk Expo adopts a post-apocalyptic theme with help from Queen Victoria
Queen Victoria is “Coming from the Past to Save the Future” at the Atlanta Steampunk Expo, Oct. 4-6. Guests include author K.W. Jeter plus Thomas Willeford, Dave Lee, Stephen Chapman, Paige Gardner, Valentine Wolfe, and DJ Spyder.
“It’s their most ambitious studio album to date,” the band’s publicist says. “They draw creativity from the mundane, the magical, and everywhere in between.” The band will perform at the Atlanta Steampunk Exposition.

“Victorian Nightmares” will be the theme as the second Atlanta Steampunk Exposition takes place Oct. 26-28, 2019, at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest hotel. The theme is inspired by the 200th anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.
