The long wait will soon be over for many steampunk fans eager to congregate in the eastern U.S., as three events are scheduled for this weekend: The Key City Steampunk Festival in Central Pennsylvania, the Southern Maine Steampunk Fair at the Brick Store Museum, and MegaCon in Orlando.

Steampunks from the Midwest and points beyond will be headed to Madison, Wisconsin Nov. 14-17 for TeslaCon, which bills itself as North America’s “largest single immersion event for steampunk fans.”

C.O.G.S. Expo, which arose in 2018 from the rubble of the Steampunk World’s Fair, will return May 17-19 to North Jersey with a program that includes panels, workshops, musical acts, gaming, contests, parties, vendors, and more.

After the collapse of The Steampunk World's Fair, and the ill-fated attempt of the Silver Phoenix Society to put on a replacement event, a group of volunteers has stepped forward to stage C.O.G.S. Expo, May 4-6, 2018, at the Radisson Piscataway.
