Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum
6825 Norwitch Dr, Philadelphia, PA 19153
The Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum is located in Southwest Philadelphia near Philadelphia International Airport. The museum's collection consists of approximately 65 racing sports cars assembled over more than 50 years by Frederick A. Simeone. The cars are arranged chronologically and in diorama vignettes. They include models from before World War I. Nearly every car in the collection has its original body, and many are in a driveable condition. The museum has a library containing a collection of automotive literature, documents and sales brochures dating back to 1892. Due to the fragility of the materials, the library collection is not open to the public. The museum will provide scanned copies on request.
