Parsons School of Design (known colloquially as Parsons) is a private art and design college located in Greenwich Village. It is one of the five colleges of The New School. Parsons was the first school in the United States to offer programs in fashion design, advertising, interior design, and graphic design.

Notable alumni include musician/filmmaker Rob Zombie; filmmaker Joel Schumacher; fashion designers Bill Blass and Donna Karan; sculptor Alexander Calder; and artists Roy Lichtenstein, Edward Hopper, Jasper Johns and Norman Rockwell.
