This National Historical Park recognizes the role of Paterson, N.J. in the early industrial development of the United States. The Great Falls in the area powered mills used to manufacture textiles, firearms and locomotives. The park is located near Lambert Castle, a notable local landmark built in 1892 by silk manufacturer Catholina Lambert.
