Texas Woman's University
Texas Woman's University (commonly known as TWU) is a co-educational university in Denton, Texas. While male students are accepted into all programs, the school is better known as the largest state-supported university for women in the United States. TWU is one of only four public universities in Texas not affiliated with any of Texas' public university systems. Total enrollment is about 10,000 undergraduate and 5000 graduate students.
Library access: The Blagg-Huey Library is open to the public. Guest computers are available and include access to library databases. See the Information Desk to request access. Courtesy borrowing cards are available to Denton and Dallas County residents as well as holders of TexShare cards.
