Silk City Steampunk

Silk City Steampunk is a Facebook and Meetup group in Manchester, CT, near Hartford. The town often hosts steampunk events, and once was a major center for silk manufacturing. The founder describes the group as "a monthly opportunity to meet, socialize and network with Dr Who loving steampunks in the Manchester area of Connecticut. Picture show viewings, tea, eating, karaoke, makers' swap and exchange, special guests and other activities."
