Central Connecticut State University

Central Connecticut State University is a regional, comprehensive public university in New Britain, Connecticut. CCSU consists of four schools: the Ammon College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences; the School of Business; the School of Education and Professional Studies; and the School of Engineering, Science, and Technology. The university is attended by over 12,000 students, 9,871 of whom are undergraduates. It is part of the Connecticut State University System. More than half of students live off campus and 90 percent are in-state students. Notable alumni include actors Richard Grieco and Kenny Johnson.
Library access: The Elihu Burritt Library is open to the public. Visitors may use materials within the library. Free library cards are available for Connecticut residents ages 18 and older.
