The Plumbing Museum

80 Rosedale Road, Watertown, MA 02471

This museum began as a collection of antique plumbing equipment amassed in the 1950s by Charles Manoog. The current museum occupies a former ice house in the Boston suburbs. In addition to its permanent collection, the museum hosts temporary art exhibitions and sponsors the Manoog Family Artist Residency. The latter, aimed at "exploring the relationship between art and technology," provides a stipend and access to fabrication equipment.
