Gallery: Whitby Goth Weekend 2022

Twice a year, Whitby Goth Weekend draws hundreds of goths along with steampunk fans and other like-minded folks to the North Yorkshire seaside town known for its association with Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Many show up to hear live music and to shop at artisan markets, but cosplay is also a big part of the allure.
The latest edition was held Oct. 28-30, and our frequent contributor Craig Jenkins was there in dual roles as a cosplayer and photographer. If you’ve been following his work, you’ll notice many familiar faces in the gallery below. But this time, in keeping with the setting, you can easily imagine them as characters from a vampire tale of old.
