Champaign Aviation Museum

The Champaign Aviation Museum is in Urbana, Ohio. The museum and its volunteers are restoring a B-17 Flying Fortress back to flying status. The museum has several other aircraft including, a B-25, C-47, A-26 and a Fairchild F-24.

The museum informs visitors that the Fairchild F-24 was owned by 1930s-era movie stars. Several other planes date from WWII. The museum is 47 miles west of Columbus.
